La primera técnica de memorización que os vamos a explicar es sobre cómo recordar.
Para recordar la información es importante leer el temario primero, con mucha atención para entender aquello que tenemos que memorizar. Si entendemos aquello que estamos estudiando, el momento de la memorización será mucho más sencillo que si lo memorizamos palabra por palabra.

–Entender el temario: Importante que cuando hagamos las primeras lecturas entendamos bien ya que facilitaremos muchísimo la memorización.
–No memorices palabra por palabra: No es necesario saberte el temario palabra por palabra, entiende aquello que se explica, como las definiciones, y sé capaz de definirlas sin mirar los apuntes.
–Historia: Crea historias, palabras relacionadas y simplifica el temario para que sea lo más sencillo y por ello, más fácil de entender.
